Established in 2007, the Niall Mellon Townships Initiative (NMTI) is a U.S. registered Section 501(c)3) tax-exempt, not-for-profit organization. All contributions to NMTI are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. NMTI works in close partnership with Niall Mellon Township Trust (NMTT), a charity based in Dublin, Ireland. 100 percent of all fundraising proceeds raised by NMTI in the USA will be granted to NMTT to support poverty alleviation and social housing projects sponsored by NMTT. Funding these projects was approved by the board of directors of NMTI.
