My name is Crystal West and I am a Senior Development Facilitator with the Mellon Housing Initiative. My role in the charity is to coordinate the development initiatives in the various communities in which we work. These include amongst others; construction related skills training, the erection of school halls and overseeing the research initiatives embarked upon by Mellon Housing Initiative. During the Building Blitzes, I act as an overall coordinator of all volunteer visits to the schools, crèches, orphanages and shacks.
