See Niall receive his Meteor Humanitarian Award this Sunday 21 February 2010, on the Meteor Ireland Music Award Show airing on RTE 2, show starts at 9.30pm.

Niall Mellon is to be honoured with the Humanitarian Award at the 2010 Meteor Ireland Music Awards together with a donation of €100,000. The Meteor Ireland Music Awards will be held 19th February at the RDS.

Previous recipients of the Humanitarian Award and donations are Mary Donohue (Rose Project Founder), Sir Elton John, Christina Noble, Bono, Sister Stanislaus Kennedy, Adi Roche, Fr. Peter Mc Verry, Paul Brady (Belvedere Youth Club) and Fr. Shay Cullen.
