In anticipation and support of the World Cup, the Charities Cape Town staff will be wearing their Bafana Bafana jerseys to support the local team every Friday.
On Friday we all gathered at lunch time where a draw took place. 2 people were paired together and then had to pick 2 teams out of a hat and this indicated which teams they would be supporting for the World Cup. At the end of the World Cup the pair that has the winning team will receive a fun prize!
Most companies in South Africa are encouraging their employees to wear a football jersey each Friday to get everyone excited about the upcoming World Cup Event.
The count down has begun and the atmosphere is definitely heating up in Cape Town and everyone is looking forward to the event.
